Just got back from Fred's, and with my new eggs!
He very nicely showed me around to look at all his birds, and my has he got some handsome roosters! I've been given a nice little assortment of eggs from various breeder pens, and even a "special" chicken egg, which is the black-marked "HM".
I'm giving the eggs a bit of time to settle and will set them just before I head out to tonight's Civil Air Patrol meeting.
Fingers-crossed they all make it!
