C.A.P Update.
9/29/2009 | Author:
In case you don't know; C.A.P stands for Civil Air Patrol. It's a auxiliary of the Air Force for children that are 12 and up. And for adults too.
It is awesome! And I love doing it.
Tonight we had our weekly meeting; and we had drill and ceremonies.
We also had the monthly promotions. I was was supposed to promote to sergeant, but didn't. Because of some mistake, (darn!) instead I will be promoting next month.
But my friends, Andrew, and Chris, did promote tonight, (congratulations again!)
Andrew promoted to Cadet senior staff sergeant (I was going to promote to that rank) and Chris promoted to Cadet airman first class! Really great y'all, we are all getting higher in our ranks!

(Please note this picture was not taken today, it was taken LAST C.A.P meeting!)

Left to right.

C/Ssgt Andrew Braud: C/SA Journee Martin (Will soon be a C/Ssgt!)
C/AB Michael Braud: C/A1C Chris Braud.

(That's a lot of Brauds hunh?)

Spottedfern.

One of the oddest dragons I have ever made.
No arms, wings, and long body parts. Really.
Her name is Spottedfern; she's a rain forest dragon (she lives in the rain forest)

As you can very well see. I have not photo-shopped her yet.

She has small-ish feet, pointy hair/spike thingies. And straps that are attached to her body.

I will never run out of ideas.
Well, I MAY run out of GOOD ideas.

Poll Results.

It has been confirmed that I need more dragons. (Maybe I need another blog, just for dragons)
Although, I haven't started on another dragon yet. I soon will.
Thank you for voting on the poll; and I hope everybody has a great weekend!

Fly!

These are some of mine and Quinn's trampoline pictures from last year. They are a bit blurry.

So here's Quinn, reaching for the sky.
Then, here's me falling from the sky. (Quinn's fingers got in the shot)
I don't know how I did it. So please don't ask.
Quinn's falling!!! (Pay no attention to my foot)I'm hovering! I look a little...Shocked at my accomplishment.

I hope you enjoyed those!

Now you people that have trampolines, go take some pictures! Fly!

The Hungry Caterpillar.

Remember that storybook? The Big Hungry Caterpillar?
Well, this is a picture I took in Mississippi.
One big bug.
This sucker was about 4 1/2 inches long, and about 1 inch wide.
It was kinda weird.

Earth-Tiger

No. It's not a tiger, it's a dragon! Yup, another dragon.

Here he is, straight of the paper.
Earth-Tiger, he's quite the big brute huh?
There is even a curly JM down on his thick neck.
So of course I had to photo-shop him.
Here he is after I worked on his eye, nose, fangs, and horns. I also cover him in a plain brown, well, paint. And I got rid of the curly JM.

It took me awhile to finish him.
My mom was taking care of the bees, and Zeb was asleep. My sisters were all down stairs playing video games.
I had to stop and take a quick break many times because Duke got into the cat food, and Zelda was barking at the squirrel. Rose wanted a drink, etc.
But then, I completed the shiny, thick-set, big ol' beast of a dragon.
Earth-Tiger.
He is very proud of himself. see how he holds his big head high!
(He looks so shiny! I didn't really mean to make him so shiny, he's an EARTH dragon for goodness sakes)

Sandy Update.
9/11/2009 | Author:
Our newest baby is growing and playing well.
Here's little Sandy. She is now sleeping in a dog kennel with a heat-pad.
She has some sticks in there to climb on. She has just started eating rat food pellets, although she is still drinking allot of milk!

As you can see, her little tail has gotten very bushy. She just loves my dad, who has started making her a special cage, so we can release her when she gets old enough, *sniff* when ever I hold her she tries to run away. But when my dad holds her she just goes to sleep (as seen above)
She is very sweet, and really soft. She has also started holding her tail up when she walks around, sometimes she even flicks back and forth! It is so cute!
