What Did I Tell You?

No way was my nice new incubator staying empty for long after the very-much successful test-hatch!

Yesterday I bought a lavender ameraucana bantam (LAB) dozen hatching eggs from a breeder in Indiana. They are due to be shipped around Saturday at the latest, I think, and I paid $35 dollars total for them (that's including shipping.)

Some pictures of her breeding stock below: (Pictures and birds do not belong to me! they are the property of Heavenly Springs Farm.)

And then today, I won a auction for some purebred hatching eggs from various breeding pens from a different person. As of when I won the auction the eggs that are being shipped today are as follows:

4 White Large Fowl (LF)Ameraucanas
4 Black (Some Frizzled) Cochin Bantams
3 Polish Bantams (White-crested, barred, and frizzled all in same pen.)

Her breeding stock photos: (Again, do not belong to me!)

She also says she'll add whatever eggs are laid this morning, so fingers crossed for a few extra!

I'm going to be getting my bator set up. :)
