My sister Indiana's birthday is the 7th of March, and instead of having a big party, my Mom told her she could pick a friend, and go out to eat, and go to River City Pottery to paint something. Indy loved the idea, (Quinn's birthday is the 11th, and she'll probably do the same thing) and decided she wanted to bring her friend Tim, and me.
So, after school Tim's mom came and dropped him off here (he bought Indy a birthday present too, which was very nice) and me, my mom, Fletcher, Indy and Tim all loaded up in the van and went to River City Pottery, where we got to pick out something to paint.
Indy chose this coconut-dish thingy, which she says will make a perfect candy dish.
She did a great job painting.
Tim got a giant cupcake: which is actually a piggy-bank for money.
It looked quite tasty, sorta, if you get past the whole made-from-clay bit. And the paint.
I, with all my amazing skill, painted a giant mug white, and wrote Psych on it.
It's going to be my rootbeer mug.
Along one side I wrote "wait for it..." and under the "psych" word, I wrote "because we're winners" which I managed to smug. Of course.
I'm not real good with paints.
But it'll make a awesome rootbeer mug.
You can just barely understand what I wrote. Just barely.
It's cool though, because I've heard it both ways anyways.
We'll pick up our pottery in a week, after it's been fired, cooled, and all that stuff. :)

After painting, we went to the Olive Garden to eat. And we ate. I especially. I ate way too much. But it was good...at the time. I got a belly-ache later, and was so tired I was ready to go to bed, lol.
And we all got deserts! Tim was very good, and both him and Indy had a great time, I enjoyed myself also, for what it counts. ^^ Tim kept me entertained anyways, he has some funny comments for a eleven(?) year-old. Lol.
Indy also liked her presents from him. He got her a DS game, a card, and a little present that lights up.
In other words, it all went great. :)
And I have a new mug on the way.
