The little ducklings we just got are doing great, and have adjusted well with the baby chickens in the brooder. Soon, I'm going to clean out the brooder again, probably move them into my other brooder, and reinforce it so I can put a water dish in there for the ducklings to swim in. They keep standing alongside the waterer, and keep trying to get into it, so I'm thinking they're ready.
Today when I went to feed Norbert his apples and collards I tore up some collards into little bits and put them in the waterer; the ducks ate them very quickly, and enjoyed fishing for the leaves that didn't float.
They're quite cute, and I've found that they like being out of the brooder, and they like to follow my hands if I drag them across the ground.
They seem to like being cuddled, though that might just be my imagination.

I have yet to move the two WCBP chicks out with the other standard-size chicks outside; but they've grown a lot, and are starting to fly on top of the waterer and out of the brooder, so I might have to move them outside.
They're getting some impressive head-feathers.
I just sort of look like a idiot, though, lol.

Also, I'm hoping to see some chicks hatching within the next three days. I've got one egg wiggling as the chick moves into position to hatch!
