So far today six Marans chicks have hatched! The one remaining Black Copper hatched, and one BBS---the chick of which I'm thinking is "splash-colored". Then I've got four Wheaten Marans chicks, which are yellow in color, but will change as they grow older (the males will become mostly black, and the hens a wheaten/red color.)
I've got two other pips, and a few of the last eggs are wiggling a bit---so hopefully we'll get more hatches through the night! I'd really like for the other two BBS eggs to hatch.
