Hey!
So, anyways. :) Here's a update on the treehouse my dad and us are buildin'
How it looks now:
It's getting there. :)
I got to use the nailgun, and the drill today, along with the hammer and level.
The nail gun can kick some serious tail.
My daddy. :)
Note the safely glasses.
We take our work very seriously.
To some extent.
*Cheers*
I finished the Red Pyramid. :) It was very good, very funny in some bits, and longer then I thought it would be.
It was a little dull in the beginning, but it got more interesting farther in. And you know, this book was based off the Egyptian gods...one of my favorite characters in the books is probably Anubis...and Zia...and Sadie...and Carter...and the rest....
But, good book. :) I read on the internet that the sequel is coming out in Spring 2011, can't wait. :)
I like this picture...and just decided to post it. :)
I found it on the internet; of course I didn't take it. Though that would be really cool if I did!
Blue is my favorite color...which is nice because I also love snow leopards.
Go figure.

So: Me, Quinn, and my Mom were all sitting out on the front porch talking -discussing our goals for the rest of the day...then we heard a great crash.
We all run inside to find my Mom's good pie pan shattered on the floor covered in speckles of gooey blueberry, and broken crust.
(Picture without the pie-pan.)
And the culprit had fled...
...But only to the back door. Where he stood, cowering, licking his jowls in fear and pleasure....
Caught red-chinned.
Indy, Willow and Rose all dressed up in some shiny necklaces, armed themselves with sticks, gathered flowers...and then went outside to play.
I asked them to explain their game, (because it was interesting to watch.)
And they informed me very seriously that they were about to go into hiding so they could sneak back to their palace. The Queen was in danger. The raiders were coming.
Turns out that Willow's the Queen of Egypt, and Rose and Indy are her guards.
They got away from the 'raiders' safely, though -but Rose turned to the bad-side, and thus did not have her picture taken because she was out planning her next move.
And then Indy told me that I'd better be careful also...I could get attacked by the Dark Rose. Who became an evil spirit after Indy defeated her and Rose turned bad.
Right now all the Egyptians are watching Spongebob, so I should be okay, for a while.
I've taken off my garlic necklace, and put away my wolf's-bane. But I'm keeping a close watch out still...never know when them Evil Spirits are going to come and get you...
On second thought I'm going to put my warders back on.
Lol.

Anybody (besides my family,) ever heard the song 'American Soldier' by Toby Keith? I thought of that song when I saw our flag blowing in the wind today....
Reminds me that there are many brave people out there fighting for us...everyday, and every moment....to make America what it is...a free country.
I'm proud to live here.
God Bless America!

My family has many nicknames for this big boy.
For those of you who may not know -Duke of Georgia is an American Bulldog, and big brother to my dawg Zelda.
He goes by Jarhead, Dukers, Duky, and, a few -ah -other names.
(He responds rather well to Butthead. Which is an affectionate insult.)
He's a sweet, not-so-brainy, loving, clumsy, horse-of-a-dog.
He's a good boy.
Brother and sister....

When I was out taking picture of flowers, I heard this out-of-place popping noise.
I turn and look...to see Duke and Zeb's soccer ball.
He claims to have not done it.
He pleads that he is innocent.
He swears that he just wanted a quick taste...
But looks speak louder then words.
So I went out and took some pictures from my Mom's garden. I like taking pictures of flowers, you see. Even though I'm not much of a 'flower person', or a 'gardener'.
I do like taking pictures of flowers though.
As I already mentioned.
Though I'm not much of a 'flower person', or a 'gard---
Oh wait...
*Coughs*
Moving on....
(Ooops, picture's tilted. Sorry folks!)
This one's my Mom's favorite flower.
It's poofy, that's all I can say.
