This is Darksparks,
a Dragon test for Photo-shop.

I have made it look as if she's made of very tiny pieces of glass. (I think)

This is Magma-Shock.
A Dragon I drew, then Photo-shopped.
For those who don't know, Photo-shop is hard.
This Dragon doesn't have a light source.
Or an evenly colored body.

But it's still cool.

My Aerospace Education.
8/07/2009 | Author:
Last week, ( man, this is a late post ) me and my fellow cadets went to somewhere in Chattanooga for our Aerospace education.
You see these people have these REALLY expensive remote control planes, they are awesome!
we got to go look inside one off the planes, they told us the basic control motions, and, we watched them fly. Tomorrow we are going to my squadron, and the airplane people are going to let us fly the REALLY expensive planes! ( they are very brave )

This is us, talking and...Talking.
One of my Sergeants looks like he's crying. ( Front left ) I'm in the very back, talking to Michael Braud, holding a water bottle.
Here's some of those awesome planes!.

Here's us again! Now I'm laughing at Michael Braud. My Sergeants still crying. ( Not really, he wasn't ever crying )

This is my favorite! It did some really cool flips, and twists.

OK, so here's us again. I'm the one in front of everybody else, looking at the planes engine.

More planes!!!.

Here's us once again, with a little boy who wanted his picture made with us. ( He probably thought we were from the Military, not the Air force ) I'm on the far left.

The planes engine.

This is us looking at the remote, which has a computer screen and everything!.

Here's us AGAIN! listening to that man talk about the remote. ( I forgot his name, sorry! )
Notice how I seem to be sticking my head out in front of Chris Braud? ( You can see my pretty bun, great. ) I really had a great time, and I hope I do NOT crash a plane tomorrow!

The Curriculum Fair.
7/25/2009 | Author:
Yesterday I went to the Curriculum Fair.
My C.A.P squadron had a booth there, and we were trying to recruit some more members.
I think we did pretty good, we found several kids who were interested.

Here's me and Andrew Braud.
We walked, and walked, and walked, all over the place talking to people about Civil Air Patrol,
and looking at books.
He was my partner in the recruiting, we talked to around four kids who were interested,
and somebody who was running for Congress!.
Me and Andrew are the same rank, Cadet Senior Airman. One more time promoting and we'll be Sergeants!.

Hopefully we got some folks wanting to join.
I had a great time, and I hope I can do it again next year!.

Dollywood!!!!!!.
7/25/2009 | Author:
Alright, I'm sorry I've not been posting lately, and this post is a few days late.
But anyway.
We went to Dollywood, in Pigeon Forge, to ride some roller coasters and eat some cotton candy!.
Poor Zeb was too young to ride anything.
Here he is with Dad watching Rose ride The Ducks.

Speaking of being too young,
Dad had to make Rose some lifts so she could go on the " big girl " roller coasters.
They worked really well!!!.

We all took a ride on the Merry Go Round.
This was my horse, he was carrying me with the speed of the wind! ( not really! )

There was also a water ride called River Battle and,
as you would guess, you have water guns, and you squirt everybody you see!.
It's really fun.
Here's Quinn after a furious fight.
She is a little wet.

Rose had a great time riding The Ducks.

This is a sand castle that some guy made.
It's from Journey to the Center of the Earth.

Here's Willow.
I don't know what she's staring at but it must be a scary ride!.

This is a picture of Dad and Rose on the rope pulleys,
Rose loved that ride!.

The Mystery Mine.
My second favorite ride.
Only me and my Dad are not scared of this ride.
It goes upside down, it has real fire, it has a straight up climb, and it has a straight down drop!.

We had a great time.
and I hope to go back soon!.
( Please, please, please! )

Our Cousins from Arkansas came down to Tennessee to visit and pick blueberries.

So, here's me.

Here's my blueberries.

Here's Grandpa holding his ''heavy'' bucket of blueberries.

Also, we did some shooting with Indy's bow and arrows.
Here's cousin Logan, hoping for a '' Bulls eye''.

Here's cousin Jordan, preparing for the strike.

Here's Ethan, trying to figure out how to use the bow.

Then Grandpa got out his hunting bow, and showed us all up with a few perfect '' Bull eyes''.

O.K, I'm going to show you two videos of us shooting with the bow.
Be warned!, we are NOT very good with a video camera, and we are goofing off a little bit, so enjoy yourself.
Logan's first.
Then Jordan.

My Goats
7/01/2009 | Author:
This is Hermione, my tri-color pygmy doe.

This is Princess Leia, my other tri-color pygmy doe.
Hermione and Leia are half sisters. They have the same dad, but they have different moms.

They love to play, and eat my moms plants.
Pygmy goats are one of the two miniature goat breeds.
Pygmy goats make great pets.
Pygmy goat milk is often used to make cheese.
I hope to one day breed them, and sell MOST of the kids.
You know pygmy goat kids are born about the size of your hand?, yup they are cute.
